For those interested, a simple example.
Voltage-current of a 5mm red led. Measurements performed in the dark with a
Keithley 2602. Integration time for the measurement is one network period
(20 ms); voltage autoscaling turned off; current autoscaling turned on. Four
measurements done consecutively (80 ms), then the led turned off for 920 ms
to avoid heating. Voltage scan from 0 to 2.5 V; points selected in such a
way that the current noise is small enough.
