i didnt know about this and none from school (workers)  encourage us
(students)
to  use this combination. we working in matlab during tutorials at school
and i ve just wanted to find alternative for matlab for my home computer. i
ve read that xoctave and octave is freeware, thats all.
i m student, not scientific school worker

if you mind something else, please write it simpler by PV/
