I _did_ publish modified 'pkg.m' to this list _twice_ with this and some other problems fixed. Still, Octave packaging is _broken_ because it is not spec'ed.
And after all this you are saying "unfortunately" ?!
Do you remember how many times I spoke about hypocrisy here ? Maybe you'll finally understand why ?
