libgnu/stdio.h error during compiling

Hi all,

I met exactly the same issue mentioned in this post:

I am trying to install octave-3.6.2 on CentOS 6.3, using intel compilers 
icc and ifort.  I am not SU so I can only installed in my directory locally.

Anyone have suggestions on how to solve the issue?  Thanks a lot.
