install from cygwin setup the "octave-forge" package octave-forge-20130223-1 includes linear-algebra-2.2.0 see: http://cygwin.com/packages/octave-forge/octave-forge-20130223-1 just remember to load it from octave before using. "pkg load linear-algebra" Regards Marco
