Do I need to do anything special to use circulant_make_matrix (in v3.4.3)? I tried the following:

>v=[4 -1 zeros(1,5) -1]'

>C = circulant_make_matrix (v)

error: `circulant_make_matrix' undefined near line 14 column 5
