Has anyone tried the matlab code for brain connectivity toolbox? It
could be a interesting octave contest the first person to model it in
octave for a nematoad.
Ted talks and science journal articles and articles in popular science
the mind all had articles on the connectome.
Aparently the author of this has a book on it and created this toolbox
for mathlab it also has a c++ option with python bindings.

It seems to have a lot of possibilities for computational neuroscience.
Also they are mapping out different connectomes like mice pigeons cats
visual cortex.
Is their a microcontroler by olimex that might run a nematoad or maby
a amazon cloud drive?
