This may sound like a simple question, but how do I install a package?
I mean, I downloaded the control pkg and extracted it in the same place
where Octave is installed. Then I opened Octave and entered the command:
"pkg install control" and the result was "warning: file control doesn't
exist".
I would like if someone could tell me step by step how to install the pkg. I
need it to use the "tf" function.
I'm using Windows 8 and Octave 3.6.4
