Octave as commercial applications calculation core |

Hello,
I want to use Octave as alternative "calculationCore" in a commertial
application.
I've written plugins, linkable as dll, for Octave and Matlab.
Now i am not sure if i can use the Octave Plugin in a commercial
application. It is not possible to release the commercial Software under
GPL. The Plugin can be GPL for shure. It only offers a .Net Interface to
call Ocatve functions over a defined interface ICalculationCore.
Does anybody know how to handle this? I've spent hours of hours reading GPL,
but i'am not really one step further :-/
Worst case szenario would be to skip the usage of Octave and only "allow"
the Matlab interface.
Thank you in advance for help!
BR Bertram
