Hi Philip,
yes thank you, in fact following what you told me i reached to find older
versions of statistics, but in any case, they want to to install io package
newer that 1.0.18.
Thus I found the package 1.0.20 hoping that it would work but i got a
message of this kind, as i've already said before:
/Applications/Octave.app/Contents/Resources/bin/mkoctfile: line 505:
/usr/bin/g++-4.2: No such file or directory
make: *** [csvexplode.oct] Error 1
'make' returned the following error: mkoctfile csvexplode.cc
error: called from `pkg>configure_make' in file
/Applications/Octave.app/Contents/Resources/share/octave/3.4.0/m/pkg/pkg.m
near line 1337, column 9
error: called from:
error:
/Applications/Octave.app/Contents/Resources/share/octave/3.4.0/m/pkg/pkg.m
at line 783, column 5
error:
/Applications/Octave.app/Contents/Resources/share/octave/3.4.0/m/pkg/pkg.m

Yes, i've checked that actually there not a directory g++-4.2 in /usr/bin
and also i suspect it depends on the fact that i uploaded xcode to the 5.0.1
version some days ago (always because i wanted to upload octave...).
So, i don't have this directory, but what should i do then?
