Octave 3.6.4, PTB and Windows 7

Dear Sir, madam,

I have installed Octave 3.6.4 on my Windows computer, which works.
I wanted to install the Psychtoolbox but that does not work. It does not give 
an error, but it simply does not install.
I have a folder called toolbox in the C-drive. I have installed Windows: 
Subversion 1.7.2, 32 bit<http://www.sliksvn.com/en/download>
I gave these commands:

>> cd C:/toolbox
>> DownloadPsychtoolbox('C:/toolbox')
But it gives no reaction.

I found out that the Psychtoolbox will not work with GNU/Octave on MS-Windows 
(http://docs.psychtoolbox.org/DownloadPsychtoolbox). I could install an older 
version of the PTB, but I read that the legacy downloads do not work with 
Psychtoolbox 3.0.9 and with 64 bit of Octave 
(http://docs.psychtoolbox.org/DownloadLegacyPsychtoolbox).
Have I installed a 64 bit version of Octave? What is a 32 bit version of Octave 
that is compatible with Windows 7 and does this work with the PTB 3.0.9? How 
should I install the PTB 3.0.9 on that specific version of Octave?
