I have the exact same problem, on Windows 7 64-bit using the latest Octave
3.8.1 and Gnuplot (it doesn't happen with FLTK). I need to set a huge
linewidth to be reasonably visible in the printed .eps, but then in the
window the curves are just too thick to be understandable.
