Official Windows build for Octave 3.8

The GNU Octave wiki (http://wiki.octave.org/Octave_for_Microsoft_Windows#Octave_3.8_MXE_Builds) says that:

"Untouched MXE builds for the current 3.8.x release can be found here.

However, these are unofficial builds! Remember to keep this in mind if you refer to it on bug reports."

with "here" pointing to http://mxeoctave.osuv.de/. 

As far as I can tell, these are the only windows build available if you don't have CygWin. When can we expect an "official" windows build, e.g. with Visual Studio (currently only goes up to 3.6.4)? Octave 3.8 has been released for some time now...
