Hello,
I am trying to use the GUI version of octave and the xlsread command to
process data from spreadsheets. I installed and loaded the io package but I
get this error when trying to use xlsread with a simple .xls file.
A=xlsread('test4.xls')
Detected XLS interfaces: None.
warning: xlsopen.m: no support for '.xls' spreadsheet I/O
warning: xlsread: some elements in list of return values are undefined
A = [](0x0)
Can anyone help?
