io package doesnt load 4.00

Hello, 

I tried installing io-2.2.7 on octave 4.0.0 on windows and i get the
following warnings. 

warning: (Automatic loading of spreadsheet I/O Java classlibs failed)
warning: Couldn't remove spreadsheet I/O javaclasspath entries while
unloading io pkg
For information about changes from previous versions of the io package, run
'news io'.

and this warning on startup

warning: (Automatic loading of spreadsheet I/O Java classlibs failed)

and xlsread function doesnt work. undefined. please help
