Like other people, I have installed octave-4.0.0 into four independent PCs and
my AVG antivirus did not claim virus.
I have extracted all files from octave-4.0.0_0-installer.exe by 7-zip and check
Installoptions.dll by avg anti-virus.
Avg antivirus did not claim anything.
Like other people say, you should ask at anti-virus bender but not here.
