There will be no "Octave/Simulink" in the near and far future; at least there
are no plans. The only Simlink-like open source tool is Xcos
<https://www.scilab.org/scilab/gallery/xcos> . The Scilab language is
comperable to Matlab/Octave but do not expect that it will run your
Octave/Matlab code.
