just easy to see. because it's milliseconds unit. 

There's two PCs. One is i7 and the other is i5 cpu. 

Both of them are under Window OS.

I installed virtualbox in i7 and

my colleague installed cygwin in i5 to use linux 

And we built octave development source and tested above code repeatedly

but the computing speed is similar or sometimes i7 is slower than i5

i7 : high 70~80 ms, but normally 100~120ms

i5 : high 90~110 ms and it's normal speed
