Sure it does. when he mentioned it, I just did it.
With everything in it's default position (Window/Reset Default Window
Layout), click and drag the title of the piece you want to move.
(where it says command window, Documentation, Editor, File Browser,
etc.)
Note that that only works for re-positioning INSIDE the main Octave
window. to move it to its own window you have to use that button
