Install packages

I want to install package "control-3.0.0" and I wrote to command line:

>>pkg install -forge control-3.0.0.tar.gz

And I see an error message:

error: cellfun: C must be a cell array

Ok, I downloaded this package into my computer and and want to install it:

>>pkg install /home/vadim/control-3.0.0.tar.gz

And I see endless posts:

f951 : warning: command line option "-Wformat=1" valid for C/C++/ObjC/ObjC++
but not for Fortran

Where is my error and how to correct it?
