As input to a program I have an array
Angletweak=zeros(4,4)
....
....
#choose a cell to minimise D(p,q)
result=D(4,9)
So I have 16 variables (could use up to 144) in Angletweak to massage to
minimise (or maximise 1/) the single scalar D(p,q)
Is there a clever function to do this?
