The Octave wiki (http://wiki.octave.org/Main_Page) lists 4.0.2 as the
current stable version.
But the web site (https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/) and Wikipedia
article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_Octave) don't mention this
release and list 4.0.1 as the current stable version.
Is there some reason that 4.0.2 isn't being announced as the current
release?
