The -std option only affects the language parser and library features,
not which binary ABI is used.
Did you try either of
CPPFLAGS="-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=1"
or
CXX="clang++ -D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=1"
Or possibly rebuild the GraphicsMagick libraries from source using
clang?
