Windows Defender is picking up a ransom-ware Trojan:Win32/Rundas!plock in \share\nsis\Bin\zip2exe.exe from archive octave-4.0.3-x64-0.7z. I've not checked with another virus scanner so it could be a false alarm but you probably should scan your PC to be sure.
