RE: "undefined reference" error message when using mkoctfile to create oct file

I found an article online written by Adrian Henke:

and created a lib file from the dll file. Then when I tried using the lib file, 
I got the following message:

What does that mean and what should I do now?

You can not convert it.
Together with the dll you should also have the equivalent import library.
