OF package dicom 0.2.0 released

Version 0.2.0 of the dicom package [1] has been released.

The dicom package provides functions to read and write DICOM files using the
GDCM library [2]. The functions in the package are intended to have similar
usage as the dicom functions in the Matlab Image Processing Toolbox. 

This release includes the following changes:

 * Updated install to detect gdcm library using cmake

 * install source tests as part of package

 * dicominfo updated to support sequences of unknown length

 * updated function documentation

 * added dicomuid function
