Building octsympy from tar ball

Hi,

I was trying to build octsympy instead of symbolic. Downloaded the zip file from https://github.com/cbm755/octsympy/tree/v2.6.0. 

Is there any link that has the steps to build this manually to a particular location from tar ball?
