New figure notifications gnome integration

Hi all,

Although I have disabled notifications pop-up in my system. Every time
octave-gui creates a figure I get a banner poping up.

Anybody knows how to disable this?

Testing in Ubuntu 17.10 with GNOME 3.26.2
