Download page not working

Hello!

I'm trying to download the image-package from Ocatve-Forge web page, but it does not work. I have tried doing it from Octave by writing 'pkg install image -forge' but I get an error massege:

'error: pkg: could not download file image-2.6.2.tar.gz from url http://packages.octave.org/download/image-2.6.2.tar.gz'

Why isn't it working?
