Hi Tarmo,

You can install the newest signal package using the pkg command:

>> pkg install -forge signal

Or you can go to the individual package at https://octave.sourceforge.io/packages.php and download the tar file and install from that by doing:

>> pkg install signal-1.4.0.tar.gz
