Sorry about that. Expected packages are all there after I type "pkg rebuild"

Could that functionality be built into the installer?

Hi, I've just installed Octave 5.1 with Windows 10. When I type pkg list, pgk list:

>> pkg list

no packages installed.

Is this expected?
