HiDPI support with v5.1.0 on Windows 10 |

Hi there -- quick question on the new Octave version 5.1.0.
This version apparently contains support for high resolution screens. Is this true for Windows 10?
I was really looking forward to upgrading as all the Qt elements are near microscopic on my laptop screen, it's actually kind of hard to use. In terms of screen/graphics scaling, I can see no difference between v4.4.1 and v5.1.0 -- I seem to get the exact same screen corruption when I move between windows. Are the HiDPI features not available in Windows, or is there something I need to do to enable them? Do I need to uninstall v4.4.1?
Thanks in advance for your help.
