On Linux 5.0.0-15-generic #16-Ubuntu SMP Mon May 6 17:41:33 UTC 2019

Octave downloaded https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/octave/octave-5.1.0.tar.gz extract
Note: Qt4 and Qt5 are installed
./configure then make
When running ./run-octave --gui
The editor pane is missing and couldn't figure out what's missing or
wrong on this install
