Pythonic package 0.0.1 released

Hi Octave folks,

The very first release of the Pythonic package, version 0.0.1, is now
available. The Pythonic package provides a foreign function interface
for Octave to invoke Python modules, types, and functions.

All interested users and developers are invited to install and evaluate
this alpha release, test on various systems, and try using it with
various Python libraries. Feedback is very welcome, in the form of bug
reports, feature requests, suggestions, or example scripts.

The Pythonic package is the result of a few years of development,
collaboration with Abhinav Tripathi and Colin Macdonald during GSoC
2016, with additional contributions from NVS Abhilash, Juan Pablo
Carbajal, and Vijay Krishnavanshi. Thank you to all of you. This package
is inspired from a project that used to be called Pytave.
