I followed the instructions, I added the "--no-gui" suffix to the target field of _vbscript_ launching file and unfortunately still getting same error message.I even extracted the zip file in a local folder, outside of C, just in case that directory could have been a problem.
That message suggests a permissions or security error. Are you able to execute other vbs files? Have you tried 'Run As Administrator"
