graphics_toolkit qt shows black, only UI elements appears!

Fisrt of all I'm using:

- Windows 7 (old theme)
- intel graphics Mobile 4 series express chipset family
- octave 5.1.0
- graphics_toolkit qt

Notes:

I have already tried fltk and gnuplot, both prints great but the UI elements
don't appear, is qt problem with my
graphics card? 
How can I see the qt version ot maybe change the version?
