This is the Pythagorean comma:
octave> 1.5^12/2^7
ans =  1.0136

This is a cent:
octave> 2^(1/1200)
ans =  1.0006

This is the Pythagorean comma in cents:
octave> log(1.5^12/2^7) / log(2^(1/1200))
ans =  23.460
