Is there a command for Rainflow counting 3D plot ?

Hi All

is there any library in Octave that can geenrate a 3D RainFlow  counting plot ?

I need something similar to this that MATLAB ranflow(x,'est') does :

I wish that I find one that swaps the Cycle Range with Cycle Average, cause in this case , most of the time you don't see all of the Histogram bins
