Cents to Ratio Conversion

Hi all,

For harmonic 5th ratio 3/2 to cents conversion to the first note of a scale,

which is log(1.5)/log(2) = ln(1.5)/ln(2) = 0.58496

Multiplying by 12th note of an octave, >> 1200*0.58496 = 701.95

Now, with cents value 701.95 without knowing the ratio 3/2, how do I
calculate cents to ratio??
