OCTAVE icon size

Hi there, 

I downloaded the OCTAVE recently, and there is a small issue that I hope you could help me on. All the icons on the taskbars appear to be very small though I've set the size to large in preference settings. The laptop I'm using is dell xps15 9560, I've attached a screenshot of the interface. 

Any help on how to enlarge the icon size is greatly appreciated
