If you help us, we might be able to help you:

- What does it mean "cannot open it"?
- How do you try to open it?
- Is the installation location empty?
- Do you receive any error messages or nothing at all?
- What version of Octave do you use?
- How did you install that version?
- Which "few [videos]" did you watch?
- How can you judge, you did everything right, if it is not working? ;-)

If you already solved your problem, please help us extending your FAQ [1].
