[help-texinfo] floats are unbreakable

I just discovered that floats are unbreakable, and therefore they are
not appropriate for the use I make of them: display source samples
that can spread over several pages. I guess I should revert to using
@example, but the added value of floats was the captions and indexes.

Will there be a means to use @captions outside floats? Or will there
be breakable floats?

Thanks!
