Is there a way/command to get makeinfo to construct an @uref like
link, ie, without ``See''?
How about @ref?
Maybe HTML should be more info/wwwb-ish, and drop the ``See'' in
places?
I don't see how we can do that. The original sources are (should be)
written so that the See/see is part of the sentence. (I wish
@xref/@pxref had never been designed to include the [Ss]ee in the first
place, but of course we're stuck with it now.)
