ICONS customize variable

Hello,

I set this variable to true, but it does not insert icons in the 
navigation bar. There is no error though and the html source does not 
show difference in the navigation part.

texi2any -c ICONS=true -I $imgPath --output=$htmlDest/ --html 
--css-ref=style.css  $masterDoc

texinfo 6.7.0
