[VCDImager] Delay between tracks?

Hello,

  Ive created a svcd with 2 mpeg tracks on it and played it on my
  yamakawa avphile 715. Between the 2 tracks there is a small delay of
  ca 1 second. Is there a possibility two create a CD without this
  delay and without joining the 2 mpeg files to one track?
