[VCDImager] GNU VCDImager 0.7.2 [unstable] available

hello,

I've started updating the documentation, if there should be anyone
reading it, please send back corrections/improvements whatever... If
there's someone who'd like to contribute to this project by taking
over or sharing the documentation task with me--just say it!! :-)
(writing documentation takes precious time, which I could use to write
code instead!)

If there's something that doesn't work, please report... and remember,
it's not even beta yet ;-), i.e. 'vcddebug' your .bin files before
burning 'em!!

* handle truncated streams more tolerant
* started updating manual
* 'broken svcd mode' xml-<option> splitted up into "svcd vcd30 mpegav"
  and "svcd vcd30 entrysvd" (see manual as well)
