Ok, i'm going to feel stupid know, but i found the problem. I didnt
realize that to make a VCD you had to explicitly tell the multiplexer
that you were making a VCD. I had thought that all mpegs could become
VCD's, as long as they were the right bitrates. Re multiplexing with
the VCD option made it work fine :)
