[VCDImager] Scanning MPEG file..wait..

I specified SVCD.
I indicated which MPEG to work on.
I indicated the name of the output file.
I indicated the volume label.
I clicked on 'make BIN'.
All I ever get is "Scanning MPEG file..wait..". This lasts for hours and
eventually, VCDImager will just exit.
What am I doing wrong?
