Yup, a quick perusal of the vcdimager bugs-list confirmed that the
problem is fixed in CVS.  Of course, now my problem is compiling the CVS
version! :P  I'm able to fetch from CVS no problem, but the auogen.sh
script creates a huge list of errors, and the resulting configure script
doesn't work.  Here's the output from autogen.sh:
