This one I missed - is the problem is the NTSC 24 frames/sec when I want
FILM SIF 23.976? If so, is there a way to change this?
I used streamer to capture the source, and I guess this is where I got the
(wrong?) NTSC/24 combination:
streamer -c /dev/video1 -i Composite1 -n NTSC -t 00:04:00 -s 352x240 -r 24 -o
movie.avi -f mjpeg -F mono16
